Assisted stretching and compression, performed clothed on a mat. Often described as “being put through yoga by someone else”.

Thai massage combines rhythmic compression along the body’s energy lines with assisted stretches that move your joints through their range.

You stay fully clothed in loose, comfortable clothing. It is more active than most massage — expect to be moved and stretched rather than to lie still.
