Side-lying massage with full bolster support, offered after the first trimester.

A gentle massage performed side-lying with cushions and bolsters supporting the bump, hips, and knees. Pressure is kept moderate throughout.

We offer prenatal massage after the first trimester. Please check with your midwife or doctor before booking, and tell us about any complications in your pregnancy when you arrive so your therapist can adapt the session.
