Classic Swedish technique — long gliding strokes, kneading, and circular work over the large muscle groups, at a light to medium pressure.

This is the one to book if you want to switch off rather than have specific problem areas worked on. If you arrive with a particular knot, deep tissue or Lotus Touch will serve you better.
